The journey doesn’t end when therapy does.

Picture this...

You feel like you're drowning. Overwhelmed. Struggling to stay afloat. Everything feels too much, and you can't see a way out.

This is where therapy meets you.

My job as a therapist is simple - get you out of the water, back onto solid ground.

⌛ What happens when therapy ends?
Once you're back on the cliffside, something has shifted...the fear that was pulling you under has lost its grip. You feel lighter. Steadier. Happier. Like you've found your true authentic self.

You start to move forward, positively, with more purpose. And for a while, that's enough. You climb the first hill on your own. You're making positive changes. Confidence is building. Momentum is building.

But then you reach a steeper hill. One you can't climb yourself.

This is the part nobody talks about. Something is still creating resistance.

The reality? You're still in the old environments that created that resistance. It's like you've lost a lot of weight and the old clothes no longer fit.

You've let go of the past, but what about the future?

That's the next big hill you can't figure out how to get up on your own. And not every hill can be climbed alone.

🪄If you could wave a magic wand...where would you be?
The question I ask all of my clients...

If you could wave a magic wand and create the perfect life, what would that look like? Where would you be? What would you be doing? Where do you want to get to? What have you always wanted to do but couldn't believe you could get there?

A simple question, but it's not often an easy one to answer - because most of us have spent so long just trying to survive, we couldn't possibly imagine a future that would make us feel fulfilled. Couldn't imagine where we want to get to in life.

This question is where the next part of the journey begins.

💫From clearing the past to building the future...
This is where coaching picks up from therapy...and stays with you through every hill you need to climb.

It's a collaborative process where we work out...

Where your passion lives - what's waiting at the top of that mountain.

Turning goals into reality - creating a dream with a target date.

Identifying transitional states to get you to that goal.

Creating manageable milestones - yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly.

Keeping fluid as you progress - nothing is set in stone; this is adhocracy, not bureaucracy.

As you move forward into new territories, out of old comfort zones, inevitably new subconscious blocks will surface...fears and beliefs that were hidden behind the big blocks you previously had to release.

And when these blocks surface, we get you straight back into the therapy chair to clear them, and get you right back to climbing up that mountain with new vigour.

💫Therapy gets you out of the sea...coaching gets you to the top of your mountain...for good!
It starts with defining your goals. A collaborative process using everything I learned in the software industry to take an idea into reality. I guide you through connecting into your innermost dreams and passions to work where the top of your mountain is.

Some clients want weekly sessions to build and maintain momentum. Others prefer monthly or bi-monthly sessions as you implement changes and grow.

What stays constant is the support. You're never alone. Anything is achievable when you unlock your passion and find what makes you feel fulfilled. And I'll be there with you on the journey - your biggest cheerleader, your biggest supporter to get you up those steep hills.

💡This is for you if...
You've done therapy - with me, or anyone else - and you're standing on that cliff, clear of the past, but unsure of the future.

If you're an entrepreneur or business owner who feels directionless and stuck in a cycle that no longer feeds your soul.

You're stuck in a career rut, a repeating cycle that leaves you feeling flat and unfulfilled.

You're ADHD and traditional goal-setting and planning leaves you cold and stuck in procrastination or trying to do everything all at once.

Another year of the same? Another year of coping? Another year of being the person you became instead of the person you were always meant to be?

So - if you could wave a magic wand right now, where would you be standing? I'd love to help you find out, and help you get there...
