Conversely, decisions driven by control, jealousy, aggression, selfishness, ego or the desire to manipulate stem from fear.

By cultivating a mindset of love and consciously choosing actions that align with love, we can create a more compassionate and fulfilling existence. By recognising when fear is influencing our choices, we can seek to overcome it and strive for more positive outcomes.
